Burton will also extrapolate equipment details like unit age, tonnage, voltage, refrigerant type, charge, and efficiency. Using this data, Burton can develop a replacement program according to your needs and goals.

Data Collection & Aggregation:

Upon receipt of all available data, Burton prioritizes the data based on reliability and accuracy to generate portfolio wide asset tracking list. This list is maintained in the Burton database and is updated regularly based on any new data to further improve the accuracy of the portfolio analysis.

Prioritization

Burton extrapolates equipment details from the asset information such as unit age, tonnage, voltage, refrigerant type, refrigerant charge, and efficiency. Using this data, Burton develops an HVAC replacement program tailored to the client’s capital needs in which sites are prioritized to optimize the program for the client’s goals.
