We had a great time in Washington DC last week for the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year awards dinner, workshops, and related events. It is an honor not only for us to win and be recognized, but to be there with Staples as part of their team and to be surrounded by so many colleagues and industry leading professionals. We counted at least 6 Burton clients who also won – Staples, Sears, Target, CBRE, JLL, and Lockheed Martin. We congratulate our clients and all of the ENERGY STAR Partners who are committed to superior energy efficiency and protecting the environment!!
We were also awarded honorable mention in the ENERGY STAR SocialStar Competition!! This competition recognized outstanding social media promoting ENERGY STAR and energy efficiency during the week prior to the awards ceremony. Five other companies received honorable mention: Pepco, Consumers Energy, Mass Save, Panasonic USA and Anderson Windows. Cushman & Wakefield was the winner of the SocialStar Competition with exceptional social media, info-graphics, and a very fun video to promote energy efficiency! We are extremely proud to be among these companies and all of those that participated in the celebration and promoted energy conservation and awareness!
