A big Burton thank you to the Ronald McDonald House at Atlanta’s Scottish Rite Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for hosting us on Friday night while we brought a Mardi Gras celebration to the families staying on site!
I was joined by Chefs Kristen, Jen and Jenn, Suzanne, Bruce, Ed, and Kay as we prepared a NOLA-style feast that consisted of jambalaya, etouffee, artisan garlic bread, and ice cream pies for dessert. Clad in colorful beads, the Burton team channeled a tasteful Bourbon Street and had a party of a time serving up the delicious meal to the wonderful people of RMHC – most of whom returned to the buffet for second and even third servings! A special thank you to Kay for organizing this amazing opportunity and to our Burton employees for turning out– until next time, RMHC!
