Giving Back
Burton is proactive in a variety of community and charitable causes. Since 2001, we have participated in PB&J Day with Landmark Restorations, Ltd. In December of 2011, we set a new company sandwich-making record of over 10,000 sandwiches that were delivered to a number of Atlanta area churches and shelters before the Christmas holiday.
We are also proud to contribute to a number of worthy causes that truly make an impact in our society. Since we were founded, we have made regular donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Autism Speaks, the V Foundation for Cancer Research, the ALS Association, the ASPCA, Angels Among Us Pet Rescue and the Atlanta Humane Society. Chairman of the Board George Burton, being a mutt himself, is particularly fond of our contributions to the latter organizations.
In 2009, we began supporting the "Guitars for Kids" program at Mimosa Elementary School near our office. We partnered with Ragamuffin Music to teach underprivileged children how to play by sponsoring lessons during the after school program at Mimosa.
